      How to check whether there are potential safety hazards in the electric box?

      Check whether there is a "Beware of electric shock" safety warning sign posted on the door of your distribution box

      Check whether there is enough safe passage and working space around your distribution box, and whether combustible, flammable, explosive and corrosive articles are stacked.

      Check whether the inlet and outlet of your distribution box are sealed tightly, and whether the gap is blocked with fireproof mastic and fireproof partition.

      Check whether there is a screen guard installed with flame retardant materials in your distribution box. When you open the distribution box, you should only see the power switch, and the lines and wiring points should not leak out.

      Check whether the metal box door of your distribution box and the metal box are grounded and bridged by braided soft copper wire, and whether they are connected by welding, crimping and bolts. Never wind or hook up to prevent the shell of the electric box from being charged in case of fault.

      Check whether the incoming and outgoing wires from your distribution box are provided with insulation pad protection or introduced with conduit for 50 ~ 80mm to prevent the wire insulation layer from being damaged.

      Check whether the zero line and grounding wire in your distribution box are connected to special terminals or copper bars.

      Check whether there is an arc separator installed between the phase line connection terminals in your distribution box to prevent arc short circuit when large current is disconnected, and prevent metal foreign matters from entering and causing phase to phase short circuit.

      Check whether there are sundries in your distribution box and switch box, and whether the electrical components are installed on combustible wood.

      Check whether the wiring in your distribution box is neat and whether there is stranded wire.

      Check whether the identification of control circuit in your distribution box is complete and clear.

      Check whether the obsolete knife switch with poor safety performance is still used in your distribution box.

      The conductor color in your distribution box shall be clearly distinguished according to the regulations. The conductor color shall be yellow, green and red according to the sequence of phase lines L1 (a), L2 (b) and L3 (c), the color of N line shall be light blue, and the color of PE line shall be green and yellow.

      Check whether your distribution box and switch box are installed in a dry, ventilated and normal temperature place. If your warehouse is a class C warehouse, the distribution box and switch box should not be installed indoors, and the wood dust place should be installed in the upwind direction outside the non explosion-proof partition to prevent dust accumulation in the distribution box and switch box from leaving hidden dangers.

      Check whether the secondary leakage circuit breaker is installed in the distribution box of the main switch on your floor, and whether it matches the action time and current of the terminal leakage protection switch.

      Check whether the sockets in your workshop and warehouse are blackened. If they are blackened, it is a very dangerous phenomenon, because it has the dual dangers of "fire" and "electric shock". Many fires are caused by this. So why does the socket turn black? First, the socket itself belongs to inferior products, with thin copper sheet and great resistance; Second, the temperature rises sharply due to poor contact and increased resistance, resulting in oxidation and blackening; Third, the power consumption is too large and overloaded. Once the socket turns black, it must be replaced immediately!!!
