      1、 Overview

      The iron core of amorphous alloy iron core distribution transformer is made of non-metallic alloy strip with soft magnetic characteristics, which can further reduce the distribution loss and reduce air pollution. Compared with the traditional silicon steel AC voltage transformer, this new transformer can reduce the no-load loss by 75% and has a high-efficiency energy-saving effect.

      The iron-based amorphous alloy iron core has the characteristics of low loss (equivalent to 1 / 3-1 / 5] of silicon steel sheet), low coercivity, low exciting current, high resistivity and good temperature rise stability. The no-load loss of transformer made of amorphous alloy iron core is 70-80% lower than that of S9 product series made of silicon steel sheet, and the no-load current is 20% lower than that of S9 series.

      Amorphous alloy is a new type of energy-saving material. It takes iron, boron and other elements as materials for rapid extremely cold solidification production process.
